Returns & Issues

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing or color choices. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at pat@pittapat.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item

We will work with our fulfillment partner to replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate. In most cases, damaged or defective items do not need to be returned.

Lost Packages

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us within 15 days of the expected delivery date. If the shipping carrier confirms the package was lost, we will replace the item at no cost to you.

If the carrier confirms delivery, we cannot take responsibility for stolen packages.

Non-Returnable Items

All items are made to order and are non-returnable except in cases of damage, defect, or fulfillment error. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Orders that are undeliverable due to customer error may require reshipment at the customer’s expense.
