Shipping policy

Products are shipped by the best available shipping company: USPS, DHL, etc. You are provided with a tracking number so that you can track your shipment, as well as a link to find support if an issue arises. 

If your item is not received within the window specified,, contact the shipper within 15 days of the last date shown.  If you are unable to resolve the issue, contact support@pittapat.com
